In 2013, Tom managed Kathleen Wynne’s successful leadership campaign and later joined the Premier’s Office as Deputy Chief of Staff. At the federal level, he spent a decade advising senior cabinet ministers, including Allan Rock, who held portfolios such as Justice, Health, and Industry, and Roy MacLaren in International Trade.

Beyond his government work, Tom Allison has managed and contributed to high-profile political campaigns across Canada. His experience includes mayoral campaigns in Toronto, such as John Tory and Ana Bailão, as well as campaigns tied to multiple levels of government and national party leadership. His expertise spans both strategic planning and on-the-ground campaign execution.

In addition to political strategy, Tom has leveraged his experience in partnership development within the healthcare sector, connecting policy, government, and industry to drive results.
